The Insurance Concierge is an independent insurance concierge service that provides support in obtaining personalized insurance quotes from licensed insurance professionals. We do not underwrite or sell insurance policies directly.

By submitting your information through our website or affiliated forms (such as those hosted on Jotform), you are authorizing us to collect and use the information to facilitate insurance quote inquiries.

2. Information Collected

We collect the following information to provide you with accurate insurance quote options:

  • Full name

  • Address

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Driver’s license state (if applicable)

  • Vehicle details (year, make, model, VIN, mileage, usage, etc.)

  • Payment information (processed securely via PayPal)

Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of generating personalized insurance quotes and facilitating communication with licensed insurance agents or brokers.

We do not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Payment Terms

By submitting your quote request, you agree to pay a non-refundable concierge fee of $30 per policy, which includes up to 3 personalized quotes.

All payments are securely processed through PayPal, and The Insurance Concierge does not store or have direct access to your full payment information.

Once your submission is received and service has begun, no refunds will be issued.

4. Data Security and Compliance

We use Jotform, a secure third-party form provider, to collect information. Jotform is GDPR and CCPA compliant, and all data is transmitted using SSL encryption.

Payment is handled via PayPal, which is PCI-compliant and meets security standards for financial transactions.

You acknowledge that while we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no online platform is 100% secure, and you accept the inherent risks associated with online submissions.

5. Consent to Contact

By submitting your information, you consent to be contacted via phone, email, or text message by The Insurance Concierge or affiliated licensed agents in order to assist with your insurance inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.

You may revoke consent at any time by contacting us directly.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Insurance Concierge is not responsible for decisions made by insurance carriers, premium amounts, or coverage approvals. We act solely as a facilitator in connecting users with insurance professionals. We are not liable for any losses, claims, or damages resulting from your use of the services or your interactions with third-party agents or insurers.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
